If you are a “crockpot” person and need to go low and slow in your personal growth, the monthly retainer coaching package is for you. This experience allows you to process and implement over time, especially if your experience is aligned with a transition period where you need to make some shifts professionally and personally. Or, if you have completed a transition or simply realize that you need ongoing support during a moment of growth as a leader. We will engage Patricia’s I.N.V.E.S.T. in YOU coaching framework as guidance to ensure that you have some structure during your otherwise customized experience.

The current coaching packages are for six- or twelve-month timeframes. After many experiences with clients in shorter 3-month sprints, Patricia has learned that it is not a sufficient timeframe for clients to achieve the transformation that they seek. Limited three-month engagements are allowed in conjunction with or in follow up to Patricia’s other coaching offerings (VIP, power hours, small group work).

This Challenge is all about connecting consistently.
